This package includes an Initial Consultation & Evaluation to understand more about you and your goals. From there a Personal Training Roadmap is constructed. Testing is used to calculate and prescribe your individual training zones. Next your training plan is written in 4 week blocks and delivered seamlessley via Training Peaks. Support is provided by daily workout feedback via Training Peaks, email/text/phone or Skype and coach/athlete progress reviews every 2 weeks.
Coached athletes have the benefit of, a free Premium Training Peaks account.
