A well constructed and implemented training plan is a cornerstone of success when chasing athletic goals. Individual plans are built around your race goals while taking into account your lifestyle.
This package includes an Initial Consultation & Evaluation to understand more about you and your goals. From there a Personal Training Roadmap is constructed. Testing is used to calculate and prescribe your individual training zones. Next your training program is written in 4 week blocks and delivered seamlessley via Training Peaks. Support is provided by a coach/athlete progress review every 2 weeks.
If you are not quite ready for One on One Coaching or you are an experienced athlete who can effectively self manage a Supported Training Plan is for you.
