Apple Cider Vinegar

Love it or hate this stuff is bloody good for you!  

While there are a bucket load of good reasons to take it here are just a few of the proven ones - Helps control blood sugar response, improves insulin sensitivity, can aid weight loss, improves heart health and lowers cholesterol and can help protect against cancers.  

A couple of things to note.  Make sure you use a good brand like Braggs or Ceres, use it in your food or diluted with water taking between 2 tsps & 2 Tblsps a day.  Get it into you!
