Paul Cadman - Head Coach   With a background of being an accomplished sportsman whilst balancing a successful corporate career, Paul now coaches others to reach their peak. He is an Ironman University qualified coach, holds a Graduate Certificate in Nutrition as well as a BBS Major Sports Management.  Driven on seeing clients get results and having guided individuals and teams to achieve their goals ranging from podium finishes at world champs through to first time marathon completion, means Paul is now a highly sought after coach.

Ed Maunder - Exercise Physiologist   Ed is an Exercise Physiologist specialising in metabolism and endurance performance. Originally from the United Kingdom, Ed moved to NZ to undertake his PhD in Exercise Physiology having previously completed a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Bath and Masters in Exercise Physiology and Metabolism at the University of Birmingham.  Having worked alongside and learnt from world leaders in endurance sport Ed’s input and advice will provide significant benefit to your training and endurance performance.
